This is an antique frame from France featuring a print of peace like a river no. iv. A protective matte varnish has been hand-painted to the print and frame to elevate the look of these reproductions.

This frame is very old and has it’s own unique patina and blemishes. Do not mistake chips or tarnished paint as a faulty item; I have purposely left these pieces this way to preserve the antiqued look! The color of gold changes from room to room; this photo was taken with blinds open.

This piece is roughly 3” high to the top of the crown and 3” wide. No glass is included in this frame to showcase the texture of the print; it has feet but it does not include a stand. This frame is meant to be propped up, perhaps on a shelf or bookcase. Because of this, the price of this frame has been decreased. Increased shipping charges are due to the cost of carefully packing and shipping this item and purchasing insurance on the frame. Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final.
